SlotsMillion has launched a new player protection team as it develops its responsible gaming strategy.
The team will focus on anti-money laundering and responsible gambling and aims to reduce the risks associated with excessive and criminal spending.
The team will also coach and educate other SlotsMillion departments, including customer support, to ensure that responsible gaming is at the forefront of engagement.
The online casino operator also revealed that it will launch a new mobile app next year as it seeks to consolidate a major brand upgrade.
The company has completed several significant projects in recent months, including the separation of its B2C and B2B branches, a complete rebrand and a new user interface.
Charles Gross, CEO of SlotsMillion, said: “The past year has been an extremely ambitious and meaningful year for SlotsMillion.
“Responsible gaming has been at the heart of what we do and offer, even before the industry changes that have taken place in recent years.
“While responsible gaming has always been at the heart of our business, one of our main goals last year was to refine and refine our approach to responsible gaming,” he added.
