Entain promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives by celebrating Pride Month with the release of its latest video release titled "Let Your Pride Show".
Taking the form of a poem, the video addressed a time when "being different" meant "you lived in the shadows", noting how far society has come in regards to the inclusiveness of the LGBTQ+ community.
A video promoting Entain's diversity policy highlights how many employees in today's business want to "work in a place that supports me."
“Celebrating pride means promoting self-assertion, dignity, equality and visibility for the LGBTQ+ community,” Antain said.
“It's all about being proud of yourself, no matter who you love. And at Entain, we value and respect individual differences and want all of our people to have a voice and a place to belong.”
Entain is no stranger to advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives with a $250,000 donation to girls who code in celebration of International Women's Day 2021.
Fund Entain Foundation also contributed $50,000 to The Tech Girls Movement in Australia, an organization that "seeks to challenge gender perceptions that limit girls' participation in STEM subjects."
In addition to promoting equality, the FTSE 250 also supported its social responsibility initiatives with a new green commitment by launching the #MakeTodayMatter campaign on June 1st.
