The Conexus Group has launched a new gambling regulatory advisory practice aimed at providing a one-stop shop for operators dealing with regulatory compliance issues.
Known as Partis, the company will be led by James Harrison, former director of compliance at UK Tote Group and FunFair Technologies.
Harrison also served as CEO of start-up gambling business AlchemyBet for two years prior to its acquisition by Gaming Realms, where he later spent three years as the company's director of compliance and licensing.
Partis will also be led by Conexus Group and Pentasia CEO Rob Dowling and former 888 head of global sales Stefan Hamann.
Partis Compliance's core offering is a "health check" for enterprises, an audit-style service that aims to provide operators with a complete assessment of compliance with license terms and other regulatory requirements.
The health check aims to identify deficiencies in operating companies, prepare them for regulatory scrutiny and reduce the risk of any financial penalties being imposed.
Partis will also offer bespoke services to operators, including safe gambling advisory services and advice on anti-money laundering measures, as well as general regulatory guidance for businesses operating in all key gaming jurisdictions.
