The bookmaker reworked the battle cry of the football icon Cristiano Ronaldo, to inspire Portugal to win yet another Euro 2020.
Against all odds, Portugal won the 2016 continental tournament, achieving the country's greatest football achievement - a feat that Betclic Portugal believes can be repeated with a catchy campaign song.
Ronaldo's famous battle cry "Andar bater, tu bates bem", which he shouted to his teammate Joao Moutinho during a tense penalty shootout against Poland five years ago, was remade by Betclic Portugal featuring the carioca pop sensation bly , which will be released as Unofficial Selecao song for Euro 2020.
“The euro has always been of interest to the public and it is important to convey the message that betting is fun,” said Betclic Portugal Brand Manager Miguel Dominguez .
“We thought the best way to get that message across was to create a song based around our 2016 victory celebration.”
