Jesper Svensson, CEO of the Swedish operator, was quoted as saying: “We are very excited to start this collaboration with Big Bola as we believe they are a good fit to help us better understand the market and ensure that our offering is not only in tune with Mexican culture. but also deserves the trust of the public.

“Our vision is to provide the best customer service in the industry and I am confident that we will be able to replicate this success in Mexico.”

Regarding this news, Pownall says: “Betsson also believes that the local leader’s product offering Caliente much better than they might have thought. Best of luck, but it will be harder than you think.”

Back to purchases evolution Gaming Group AB, which announced earlier this week that they had entered into an agreement to acquire the developer of slot machines Big Time Gaming for a total cash rate of up to 450 million euros.

The deal will allow Evolution to take advantage of popular Big Time Gaming titles such as Bonanza and Extra Chilli, as well as Game Mechanic Megaways, which is integrated into more than 200 games from multiple developers.

Pownall stated, "It happened as we predicted on last week's show, and broke all kinds of records in terms of betting."

Pownall also cheekily remarked that this was not a surprise prediction when everyone was "bored, online and at home" under the then strict lockdown rules.

Scientific Games reported over 50 million transactions in the race, peaking at 57,000 bets per second. In total, this meant a 128 percent increase over the 2019 race.
