What do they say?

Speaking about the history of the company, Erlik began: “To emphasize the company's global presence, we operate in more than 200 markets around the world. We have over 455 different Alternative Payment Methods (APM) in 150 currencies, all through a single platform.

“Things change very quickly, but we can handle all the hard work on behalf of our partners so they don't have to worry about what's changing or how fast it's changing. We take the stress off them.”

Referring to Nuvei's recent final agreement to buy Mazooma, he added: “We think this will be a game changer. With the help of what they transfer from account to account payments, and - thanks to the cooperation with Plaid - their connection with 11,000 financial institutions (FI) in the United States. About a year ago, we had another previous acquisition with Base Commerce that helped us with our automated clearing house (ACH) capabilities.

“So we feel really comfortable moving forward in the US, with all the different types of payments. But not only because we are comfortable, we think we offer a great solution for our merchants and partners, and ultimately their customers.”
